Meet Inspire Dance Company

Built on high standards. Led with heart.

Inspire was created to give dancers a place where they can be challenged, encouraged, and genuinely excited to walk through the door. Great training matters here. So do kindness, confidence, safety, and the relationships built along the way.

Our Story

A studio built around the kind of experience dancers deserve.

Inspire Dance Company was created by Erica Flynn and Bethany Williams from a shared love of dance and a desire to help young dancers become the best versions of themselves. Before Inspire, Erica and Bethany were recognized with Best in the Rogue Valley for dance studios in 2023 through their previous studio.

At Inspire, that experience has grown into a culture centered on positive coaching, strong instruction, kindness, safety, and giving dancers room to discover what they are capable of.

Challenge dancers without taking away the joy that made them fall in love with dance in the first place.

What Families Can Expect

High expectations. Kind coaching. A safe place to grow.

Inspire believes dancers can work hard, learn discipline, and improve their craft while still feeling safe, supported, and excited to return. That philosophy shapes the way the studio teaches, coaches, and communicates.

Challenge should build confidence, not fear.
